Do you know what FINGER FOOD is? It’s all you can eat directly with your hands! Could be appetizers, miniatures of quiches, pies, rolls, canapes. Usually served as entree and/or dessert. Finger Food is becoming more popular because it’s less expensive and offer more flexibility with menu choices. In Brazil, it’s becoming number 1 choice for sophisticated events such as weddings and birthdays.
Last week I attended another cooking class with Arosa products. I learned many delicious recipes for finger food(check some on pics above) and helpful tips. Same teacher: Maria Julia.
I really recommend Arosa products, besides delicious, it’s very easy to deal with!
